Packages sent by Registered Parcel are distributed by your country’s local post office system once they reach your country.For some countries information is not available.Shipment takes around 10-14days.A tracking number will be emailed to you once order is shipped.
FedEx Shipping:
We recommended Fedex for its fast and reliable express delivery.Your order will reach you in 2-4 days once shipped. Insurance against loss is automatically included with this shipping option.
You will receive a FedEx tracking number once your item is shipped out.
Please note that we do not include customs taxes / import duties are in our price.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for any customs taxes or import duties imposed by the customs of the buyer’s country.
Warranty Coverage
Rest assured, all watches bought with Vinwatches includes 1 year warranty which covers the internal mechanism of the watch.
It does not cover external physical damage, including:
- Water/moisture damage
- Damage to the watch case or glass
- Missing stones or gems (e.g., from the watch face)
- Damage to the watch bracelet/band or straps
- Damage to the crown/stem or finishes
- Damage to clasps/buckles
- Signs of wear and tear to the watch from normal daily use
- Damage to the battery
